PRT Science Teacher Position at Tagore Public School
Tagore Public School in Pehowa, Kurukshetra, seeks a dedicated PRT (Post Graduate Teacher) Science Teacher to join their vibrant science department. This role involves teaching foundational science subjects to students in Class I to V, fostering curiosity and practical learning through engaging lessons.
You will be responsible for delivering hands-on science classes, covering topics like physics, chemistry, and biology in a way that aligns with school curriculum standards. Your ability to simplify complex concepts for young learners will be key to their understanding and enthusiasm.
Classroom management and student assessment will be central to your duties. Regular evaluations will help track progress, ensuring students grasp core concepts effectively. You will also prepare and conduct experiments, labs, and interactive demonstrations to make learning dynamic and memorable.
Collaboration with fellow teachers will be essential. Coordinating with the science department ensures a cohesive curriculum, sharing resources, and supporting each other’s teaching methods. Parent-teacher interactions will be minimal but important for addressing student needs and maintaining open communication.
A graduate degree with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory. While TET/CTET certification is preferred, it is not mandatory for this role. Your passion for science education and experience in classroom teaching will be highly valued. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of Rs.16,000 to Rs.30,000 per month, along with opportunities to grow in a supportive academic environment.
