Job Description
Gita Niketan Vidya Mandir invites qualified candidates for the position of TGT Hindi Teacher to join their esteemed school in Kurukshetra. Core duties
Teaching Hindi as a core subject across grades, ensuring alignment with CBSE/NCERT syllabus standards. Designing and implementing lesson plans that integrate grammar, literature, and regional Hindi dialects to enhance student engagement.
Creating and maintaining interactive teaching aids, including worksheets, flashcards, and multimedia resources tailored to Kurukshetra’s diverse student population. Conducting regular assessments to evaluate progress and provide constructive feedback in line with school policies.
Supporting extracurricular activities such as poetry recitals, debate clubs, and cultural festivals to promote Hindi as a vibrant, living language. Collaborating with other Hindi teachers to refine teaching strategies and share best practices.
Qualification and experience
A postgraduate degree in Hindi or a related discipline with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory. Three years of teaching experience, preferably in schools, is required. Proficiency in teaching methods and familiarity with school-level assessment frameworks is essential.
Candidates must hold a valid TET/CTET certificate, though it is not strictly mandatory for this position. Experience in motivating students through diverse teaching approaches is highly valued.
Compensation and location
The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs. 24,000 to Rs. 40,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
