Wisdom World School in Kurukshetra seeks a dedicated TGT Hindi Teacher to join the team in Thanesar, ensuring engaging language instruction for students. This full-time position focuses on shaping young minds through structured Hindi teaching, blending creativity with academic rigor. With a salary of Rs.25,000 to Rs.40,000 per month, the role demands expertise in lesson planning and curriculum alignment to meet evolving educational standards.
A postgraduate degree in Hindi or related fields is essential, complemented by four years of teaching experience. Your ability to design meaningful lesson plans will be pivotal in fostering a love for the language among students. Curriculum alignment ensures that each session aligns with broader learning objectives, making lessons both relevant and impactful.
Assessment design is another critical aspect of your role. You’ll develop methods to evaluate student progress effectively, ensuring growth is measurable and constructive. Whether through written tests, oral assessments, or project-based evaluations, your approach should reflect a balance between fairness and depth. Tracking student progress helps identify strengths and areas needing improvement, allowing for timely interventions.
Lesson planning is at the heart of your daily responsibilities. You’ll create structured yet dynamic activities that cater to diverse learning levels. This includes preparing materials that engage students while reinforcing grammar, vocabulary, and literary skills. Your planning should also account for cultural nuances, ensuring Hindi instruction is both academic and culturally resonant.
Wisdom World School values teachers who take ownership of their curriculum. Your role extends beyond the classroom—collaborating with colleagues to refine teaching strategies and adapting methods based on student feedback. A passion for Hindi literature, grammar, and modern language trends will enhance your ability to inspire students effectively.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in an environment where creativity meets structured learning. Your dedication to Hindi education will contribute to Wisdom World School’s mission of nurturing well-rounded learners.
