3. Conduct formative and summative assessments, analyse results, and provide constructive feedback to students.
4. Mentor and guide students in project work, debates, and field visits to enhance practical understanding of social concepts.

6. Maintain accurate attendance records and report student progress to senior management.
7. Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and curriculum review sessions.
