About This Role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated NTT Hindi Teacher for Pratham School Hariyana, in the vibrant town of Mahendragarh, Haryana. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement high-quality Hindi curriculum for classes I-VIII, ensuring alignment with CBSE and NCERT guidelines
- Teach Hindi language and literature to students, promoting critical thinking, creativity, and linguistic skills
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to improve academic performance
- Mentor and support junior staff members, promoting a culture of collaboration and professional development within the department
- Collaborate with other departments to design and deliver integrated projects, fostering a holistic understanding of language and culture
- Analyze and interpret board examination results, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted strategies to enhance student performance
- Develop and maintain relationships with local educational institutions, promoting partnerships and collaborations that benefit our students
- Contribute to the development of the school's Hindi language policy, ensuring a consistent and high-quality teaching and learning experience
- Participate in school events, such as literary fairs, competitions, and cultural festivals, showcasing the richness and diversity of Hindi language and culture
- Stay updated with curriculum developments, pedagogical innovations, and best practices in Hindi language teaching, incorporating these into your teaching methods
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need to possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree, with a strong background in Hindi language and literature. A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting, is essential. A NET or SET qualification is highly desirable, but not necessarily required. As a senior member of the team, you will be expected to demonstrate leadership potential, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and learning.
