Key Responsibilities
1. Design and deliver high-quality English lessons to students in grades 9-12.
2. Utilize smart boards and digital tools to create engaging and interactive lessons.
3. Develop and implement assessments to evaluate student progress.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum reforms.
5. Provide individualized support to students who require extra help.
6. Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessment results.
7. Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of school policies.
8. Stay updated with curriculum developments and best practices in English education.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess a B.Ed/D.El.Ed degree and a postgraduate degree in English or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience is required, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality English lessons. Preference will be given to candidates who possess TET/CTET certification.
