Responsibilities

Monitor student progress through regular assessments, provide constructive feedback, and help identify areas needing improvement.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive study materials, including notes, revision guides, and past year’s question papers, tailored to NEET’s exam pattern. Collaborate with the science department to ensure cohesive teaching strategies across physics, chemistry, and biology. Attend parent-teacher meetings to discuss student performance and address academic concerns.
Maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and curiosity in physics. Stay updated with the latest advancements in physics and incorporate modern teaching techniques to improve student engagement. Assist in organizing science fairs, workshops, or competitions that promote interest in STEM fields.
Qualifications
Hold a postgraduate degree in Physics or an equivalent field from a recognized university. Possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree to qualify for teaching positions in Haryana schools. Ensure you have cleared TET/CTET for government-affiliated school teaching roles.
Experience
Three years of teaching experience, preferably in high school or NEET preparation classes. Familiarity with exam-oriented teaching methods and experience mentoring students for competitive exams is highly valued. Experience in handling diverse student backgrounds and adapting teaching strategies accordingly is a plus.
