Position Summary
The NTT Hindi Teacher will conduct Hindi classes for classes I‑VIII at D.a.v Cent. Public School, Samalkha, Panipat. The role involves preparing lesson plans, delivering interactive sessions and assessing student progress in line with the state curriculum.
Reporting and Scope
Reports to the Head of Department – Languages and works within the school’s academic team.
Core Duties
- Design and deliver Hindi lessons that align with CBSE guidelines, using textbooks, audio‑visual aids and local cultural references.
- Conduct regular assessments, maintain records of student performance and provide feedback to parents during meetings.
- Organise Hindi language activities such as debates, poetry recitals and cultural programmes to foster interest among pupils.
- Participate in faculty meetings, school events and parent‑teacher interactions, contributing ideas for curriculum improvement.
- Ensure classroom discipline, maintain attendance registers and uphold the school’s code of conduct.
Qualification and Experience
Candidate must hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed and be a graduate. Minimum two years of teaching experience in Hindi at the school level is required. Possession of TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
