Monitor individual student progress to identify strengths and areas needing improvement.
Regular Responsibilities Across the Academic Cycle
Coordinate with the mathematics department to ensure seamless curriculum implementation. Assist in organizing and grading assessments, including mid-term and end-term exams. Participate in departmental meetings to discuss teaching strategies and curriculum enhancements. Collaborate with other subject teachers to integrate mathematics across interdisciplinary projects.
Periodic Responsibilities
Develop supplementary study materials, such as worksheets and revision guides, to reinforce classroom learning. Attend in-service training sessions to stay updated on pedagogical advancements in mathematics education. Represent the school at local educational forums or workshops related to mathematics teaching methods.
