Core Duties
Teaching psychology subjects at the post-secondary level, including theory lectures, practical demonstrations, and case studies.
Developing and implementing innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement, particularly in understanding human behavior and mental processes.
Assisting in designing and grading assessments, ensuring alignment with school and board syllabi for subjects like social psychology, developmental psychology, and abnormal psychology.
Participating in curriculum reviews and adapting teaching strategies based on student feedback and academic performance trends.
Supporting extracurricular activities related to psychology, such as counseling workshops or awareness campaigns for mental health awareness among students.

The successful candidate will bring expertise in psychology research and practical application, ensuring students gain both theoretical knowledge and real-world insights.

Qualification and Experience
A postgraduate degree in Psychology or a related field is mandatory. A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) is required for teaching roles at this level.
Minimum three years of teaching experience, preferably in schools or educational institutions focusing on psychology or social sciences.
A Teaching Eligibility Test (TET) or Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) certificate is preferred but not mandatory for this position.
Familiarity with school management systems, assessment tools, and educational technology platforms will be an asset.
