Delhi Public School – Panipat Refinery seeks a dedicated Special Educator to support inclusive education within its Panipat campus. This role focuses on administrative leadership, ensuring compliance with special education policies and fostering a supportive learning environment for students with diverse needs. The position requires expertise in special education principles and experience in managing inclusive classroom programs.
To qualify, hold a graduate degree along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Three years of relevant experience in special education administration, policy implementation, or inclusive education support is essential. Familiarity with state-level guidelines for special education and experience working with multidisciplinary teams is highly valued.
In this role, you will collaborate with school leadership to develop and monitor special education programs. This includes reviewing individual student plans, coordinating with parents and educators, and ensuring resources align with educational objectives. You will also assist in training general educators on inclusive practices and maintaining accurate documentation for special education cases.
This is a full-time administrative position offering a competitive salary of Rs.25,000 to Rs.35,000 per month. The role emphasizes leadership in inclusive education, policy adherence, and proactive support for students with special needs.
