Key Responsibilities
The Activity Incharge will plan, organise and supervise co‑curricular and extra‑curricular programmes on a daily basis. This includes scheduling sports meets, cultural festivals, talent shows and community outreach events, ensuring all logistics such as venues, equipment, and permissions are arranged well in advance.
You will coordinate with teachers, support staff and external vendors to secure resources, manage budgets and maintain inventory of activity supplies. Daily monitoring of ongoing events, troubleshooting issues on the spot, and preparing post‑event reports are essential parts of the role.
The role also involves maintaining a calendar of activities, updating parents and students through notices or digital platforms, and ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and school policies. Regular interaction with the principal and senior management will help align activities with the school’s overall development goals.
Required Skills
