About This Role

We are looking for a full-time PGT Mathematics Teacher to join our team. As a PGT Mathematics Teacher at D.a.v. Police Public School, you will be responsible for teaching Mathematics to students from Class IX to XII, using a combination of traditional and modern teaching methods.
How You Will Teach
As a PGT Mathematics Teacher at D.a.v. Police Public School, you will use smart boards, Google Classroom, and our Learning Management System (LMS) to create engaging blended learning experiences for students. You will also use online resources and digital tools to supplement your teaching and make it more interactive. Our school encourages teachers to be innovative and experiment with new teaching methods, so we are looking for someone who is open to learning and adopting new technologies.
Day-to-Day Duties
As a PGT Mathematics Teacher at D.a.v. Police Public School, your day-to-day duties will include:
* Preparing and delivering lessons on Mathematics to students from Class IX to XII
* Using smart boards, Google Classroom, and LMS to create engaging blended learning experiences
* Developing and maintaining online resources and digital tools to support student learning
* Conducting assessments and evaluations to measure student progress
* Providing feedback to students and parents on student performance
* Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum changes
* Participating in staff meetings and professional development programs
* Maintaining accurate records of student progress and attendance
* Integrating technology into the classroom to enhance student learning
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this role, you must have:
* A graduate degree in Mathematics or a related subject
* A valid B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree
* At least 3 years of experience in teaching Mathematics at the secondary or senior secondary level
* A strong understanding of the CBSE curriculum and assessment requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills
We are looking for someone who is proficient in using digital tools and online resources to support teaching and learning. Some preferred skills for this role include:
* Digital literacy and online teaching tools
* Experience with Google Classroom and LMS
* Familiarity with online resources and digital tools for Mathematics education

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is Rs.35,000 - Rs.60,000 per month, depending on experience.
