About Genius Coaching School & Hostel | Rohtak

Welcome to Genius Coaching School & Hostel, tucked away in Ghillour Kalan just off the railway crossing on the Rohtak‑Gohana Old Road. The campus sits in a quiet corner of Rohtak, Haryana, yet it is only a short drive from the city centre and the main railway line, making it easy for staff and families to reach. Under the steady guidance of Director Anil Deshwal, we run a combined boarding and day‑coaching setup that serves children from Nursery right through to the 10th Grade. Our students come from a mix of local families and those who travel from nearby towns, and many of them are preparing for highly competitive entrance exams such as Sainik School, RMS, Rai Sports School, RIMC Dehradun and Jawahar Navodaya School, alongside the regular NCERT syllabus.

The academic rhythm here is focused and supportive. Teachers plan lessons that meet the demands of the NCERT curriculum while also weaving in targeted strategies for the entrance tests, so students get a solid foundation and the confidence to tackle tougher challenges. Classrooms are bright and well‑ventilated, and we have dedicated study zones where pupils can work independently or in small groups under close supervision. Because we run a boarding program, the learning never stops at the school gate; the hostel provides fully air‑conditioned, gender‑separate accommodations, bunk‑bed dormitories and a safe, 24‑hour CCTV‑monitored environment. This continuity allows teachers to see their students grow not just academically but also in habits of self‑discipline and teamwork.

For a teacher, Genius Coaching offers more than a job—it’s a place where you can watch young minds sharpen their focus day after day while you have the resources you need to teach effectively. The campus feels like a small community, where colleagues share ideas over tea in the staff lounge and parents are actively involved in
