Salary
Rs.18,000 - Rs.30,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver engaging Hindi lessons to primary students in accordance with the school curriculum.
2. Prepare and mark daily assignments, worksheets and class tests promptly.
3. Conduct interactive activities such as storytelling, debates and poetry recitals to enhance language skills.
4. Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records of attendance and performance.
5. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student achievements and areas for improvement.
6. Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions and school events.
7. Uphold classroom discipline and create a supportive learning environment.
8. Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate Hindi with other subjects where appropriate.
Qualifications
Graduate degree in any discipline with B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification.
TET/CTET certification preferred but not mandatory.
Additional Requirements
Good command of spoken and written Hindi.
Ability to use basic ICT tools for lesson preparation.
Positive attitude, punctuality and willingness to contribute to school activities.
