* Manage budgets and resources to ensure the effective delivery of the Atehletics programme.
* Monitor and evaluate the impact of the Atehletics programme on student outcomes and make recommendations for improvement.
* Work closely with the school administration to ensure alignment with school goals and objectives.
* Develop and implement health and safety procedures to ensure the well-being of students and staff during Atehletics activities.
* Promote the values of teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship among students and staff.
