Role Summary

As a Football Coach, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the school football program, promoting physical education and sportsmanship among students, and contributing to the overall success of our school football team.
Day-to-Day Duties
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive football training program for students of all ages and skill levels.
2. Plan and conduct football practices, matches, and tournaments, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.
3. Recruit, coach, and mentor students for the school football team, promoting teamwork and sportsmanship.
4. Collaborate with the physical education department to integrate football into the school curriculum.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with local football clubs and organizations to enhance opportunities for our students.
6. Conduct sports-related activities and events, such as sports days and inter-school competitions.
7. Monitor and maintain the school football infrastructure, including the football field and equipment.
8. Assist in promoting the school's football program through social media and other communication channels.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in football coaching.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed certification is not required for this role.
- Familiarity with local sports regulations and guidelines is essential.
Preferred Skills
- Strong knowledge of football tactics, techniques, and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Salary and Benefits
The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary of Rs.20,000 - Rs.40,000 per month, depending on experience. Additionally, the candidate will be entitled to a benefits package, including health insurance and Leaves.
