Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and conduct daily football training sessions for students aged 8 to 16 years.
2. Organize and lead practice matches and intra-school leagues to build team spirit.
3. Scout and select promising players for inter-school and district-level tournaments.
4. Maintain training records, fitness logs, and performance reports for each student.
5. Coordinate with the sports department to procure equipment and maintain the football field.
6. Represent Dav Multipurpose Public School in Haryana State School Games Federation meetings.
7. Ensure safety protocols are followed during all training and match activities.
8. Assist in the planning of the annual sports day and other school sports events.
Required Qualifications
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university is mandatory. Candidates must have a valid B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree. Prior experience in coaching school-level football is required. Basic computer skills for maintaining attendance, progress reports, and communicating with parents are necessary.
Preferred Skills
Experience in coaching under-14 or under-17 age groups is preferred. Knowledge of FIFA rules and first-aid certification will be an added advantage. Familiarity with sports psychology and injury prevention techniques is desirable.
What You Get
