Dav Multipurpose Public School, a premier educational institution in Sonipat, Haryana, is seeking a skilled Judo Coach to join its team. As a Judo Coach, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring students in Judo training sessions.
What You Will Do
1. Plan and conduct Judo training sessions for students of Dav Multipurpose Public School.
2. Develop and implement training programs to enhance students' physical fitness and Judo skills.
3. Identify and nurture talented students to participate in inter-school and district-level Judo competitions.
4. Maintain a safe and disciplined training environment for students.
5. Collaborate with the school administration to promote the Judo program and encourage student participation.
6. Develop and implement strategies to improve student engagement and motivation in Judo training.
7. Provide guidance and support to students on Judo techniques, rules, and etiquette.
8. Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and school authorities.
Required Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, you should have a graduate degree in any field and a minimum of 2 years of experience in Judo coaching or a related field. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is not required for this role.
Preferred Skills
- Strong knowledge of Judo techniques, rules, and regulations.
- Experience in coaching or training students in a school setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
