PGT Geography Teacher Job in Sonipat, Haryana | School Recruitment
Shiv Modern Senior Secondary School in Sonipat invites applications for a PGT Geography Teacher. The role focuses on delivering engaging geography lessons to senior secondary students in a dynamic classroom setting.
Responsibilities
1. Plan and deliver comprehensive geography curriculum for classes XI and XII.
2. Integrate modern teaching aids, GIS tools, and interactive maps into lessons.
3. Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, and projects.
4. Mentor and guide students for national level geography competitions.
5. Coordinate with co‑teachers to align interdisciplinary projects.
6. Maintain accurate attendance and academic records.
7. Participate in school workshops and teacher training sessions.
Qualifications and Experience
Post‑graduate degree in Geography or related field required. B.Ed or D.El.Ed mandatory; TET/CTET preferred. Minimum of 3 years teaching experience at the PGT level.

Competitive salary range Rs.35,000 – Rs.60,000 per month for a full‑time position at Shiv Modern Senior Secondary School, Sonipat, Haryana.
