Teach English as a primary subject to students from Class I to V in Paramount School Of Science. Develop engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum while fostering creativity and critical thinking. Conduct interactive classes, including grammar exercises, reading comprehension, and creative writing activities tailored to the students' developmental stages.
Ensure effective classroom management to maintain a positive learning environment. Use visual aids, storytelling, and multimedia tools to enhance teaching methods. Collaborate with the school’s language department to refine teaching strategies and share best practices.
Prepare and evaluate students’ work regularly, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth. Participate in school events and extracurricular activities to promote a holistic development experience for students.
Qualification
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) from a recognized institution. Possess a valid TET/CTET certificate for English as a subject, though not mandatory for this role.
Experience
A minimum of two years of teaching experience at the primary level is essential. Familiarity with CBSE or state board syllabi for English is a plus. Experience in creating age-appropriate lesson materials and engaging students in interactive learning is highly valued.
Salary and Employment Type
The selected candidate will be offered a full-time employment package with a monthly salary ranging from Rs.15,000 to Rs.28,000. The role is based in Sonipat, Haryana, and involves regular teaching hours aligned with school timings.
