Qualification and Experience
A graduate degree with a focus on Hindi or Education is mandatory. Possession of a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is essential for this role.
Three years of teaching experience at the primary level is required, preferably in a Hindi-medium school.
While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, having it will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with CBSE syllabus and modern teaching methodologies is highly beneficial.
Compensation and Location
The selected candidate will receive a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 18,000 to Rs. 30,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
