Job Description
PRT Mathematics Teacher Position at Swastik Convent School, Sonipat
Teach mathematics to students in Class 6 to Class 8 at Swastik Convent School, ensuring alignment with the CBSE curriculum. Develop engaging lesson plans that incorporate modern teaching methods and real-world applications to boost student understanding and interest.
Plan and conduct daily classes, including interactive sessions, problem-solving activities, and practical demonstrations to enhance conceptual clarity. Prepare and maintain well-organized lesson notes, worksheets, and assessment materials to support effective teaching.
Assess student performance through regular quizzes, homework, and periodic exams while providing constructive feedback to help them improve. Collaborate with other teachers to create cross-subject projects and extracurricular activities that reinforce mathematical concepts in a fun and collaborative way.
Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment and adhere to school policies regarding discipline, attendance, and student conduct. Ensure all teaching materials, equipment, and resources are available and functional for smooth lesson delivery.
Hold a graduate degree in Mathematics or a related field with at least two years of teaching experience. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory for this role.
