Taekwando Coach Job in Sonipat, Haryana | School Vacancy
Role Summary
Dav Multipurpose Public School invites applications for the position of Taekwando Coach. This role plays a key part in promoting physical discipline, self-defence skills, and competitive readiness among students through structured training sessions. The coach will work closely with school administration to integrate taekwondo into the sports curriculum and represent the school in inter-school tournaments.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct daily taekwondo practice sessions for students aged 8 to 18.
Organize grading and belt certification programs under school supervision.
Maintain equipment inventory and ensure safety standards in the training area.
Coordinate with the sports department to schedule tournaments and inter-house competitions.
Document student progress and report performance to the sports coordinator.
Arrange demo sessions for parents during school events and open houses.
Assist in selecting school teams for district and state-level taekwondo championships.
Support the school’s sports day planning with taekwondo demonstrations.
Who Can Apply
Must Have
Graduation in any discipline with minimum 2 years of experience in taekwondo coaching.
Black belt holder in taekwondo (minimum 2nd Dan) from recognized federations.
Familiarity with WTF or ITF competition rules and belt ranking systems.
Good to Have
Experience coaching school or college students in taekwondo.
Certification in sports science or fitness training from a reputed institute.
Skills We Value
Strong leadership to guide young athletes with discipline and motivation.
Excellent communication to interact with students, parents, and school staff.
Organizational ability to manage schedules, equipment, and event logistics.
What You Get
Rs.20,000 - Rs.40,000 per month on a part-time basis.
