Collaborate with the yoga teacher to embed breathing drills for exam-stressed students in Classes 9 and 10.
Track individual fitness improvements through simple before-and-after measurements of speed, flexibility and endurance.
Communicate progress to parents during PTMs using visual charts and WhatsApp groups in Hindi.
Attend weekly subject-group meetings in the staff room to align lesson plans with upcoming school events.
Required Qualifications
Post-graduate degree in Physical Education or Sports Science from a recognized Indian university.
