6. Maintain a positive and supportive team culture that encourages players to perform their best.
7. Collaborate with other coaches, teachers, and school staff to promote a culture of sportsmanship and teamwork.
8. Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure the well-being of players during practices and matches.
Eligibility
Applicants must have a postgraduate degree in sports management, physical education, or a related field. A B.Ed., D.El.Ed., or M.Ed. degree will be an added advantage.
