- Use Google Classroom to share resources, assignments, and feedback with students, and track their progress.
- Develop and implement blended learning strategies to cater to different learning styles and abilities of students.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and assess student performance.
- Provide individualised attention and guidance to students to improve their academic performance and career prospects.
- Participate in departmental meetings to discuss curriculum development, academic planning, and subject specialization.
- Supervise junior teachers and provide guidance on teaching methodologies and technology integration.
- Contribute to the development of Physics department, including curriculum planning, resource creation, and academic coordination.
