3. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to track student progress and performance.
4. Prepare students for board exams, providing guidance and support as needed.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement interdisciplinary projects and activities.
6. Mentor junior teachers and provide guidance on pedagogical best practices.
7. Participate in academic planning and coordination, contributing to the overall educational vision of the school.
8. Develop and maintain a high-quality learning environment, promoting a culture of academic excellence and inclusivity.
Eligibility
To be eligible for this position, you must possess a postgraduate degree in Political Science (M.A.) and a Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed.). A minimum of three years of teaching experience is required, with a strong background in teaching Political Science at the senior secondary level. Candidates with a valid TET or CTET certificate are preferred but not mandatory.
