We are looking for a qualified and experienced PRT General Knowledge Teacher to join our team at S.s Public Sr. Sec. School in Yamunanagar, Haryana.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging General Knowledge lessons to students
• Develop and implement a curriculum that meets the needs of students
• Assess and evaluate student progress, identifying areas of improvement
• Use a variety of teaching methods, including group work, discussions, and hands-on activities
• Encourage students to think critically and solve problems independently
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide programs
• Participate in school events and activities, such as parent-teacher conferences and assemblies
• Stay up-to-date with changes in General Knowledge curriculum and pedagogy
• Develop and implement a classroom management system that promotes student engagement and respect
Qualifications:
• B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized university
• TET/CTET certification (preferably)
• 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Key Skills:
• Strong knowledge of General Knowledge subject matter
• Ability to develop and implement engaging lesson plans
• Strong classroom management skills
• Ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and parents
• Proficiency in using technology to enhance teaching and learning
• Strong commitment to student-centered learning and assessment
