About This Role (immediate joining preferred)
This is an urgent requirement to strengthen our Hindi faculty. We need someone who can hit the ground running and ensure our students receive quality education in Hindi. The ideal candidate will be committed to teaching and should be flexible to contribute to our school's activities.
What You Will Do
- Teach Hindi to classes from 1st to 5th as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare and deliver engaging lessons to students, incorporating storytelling, interactive methods, and activity-based learning.
- Assess student performance through regular tests, assignments, and projects, and provide feedback to improve their skills.
- Develop and implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain a productive learning environment.
- Foster a love for Hindi literature and culture among students, encouraging them to participate in school events and activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide policies and programs that promote academic excellence.
- Communicate regularly with parents through parent-teacher meetings, emails, and phone calls to keep them informed about their child's progress.
Required Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in Hindi or related field (M.A. in Hindi or equivalent)
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree
- TET or CTET certification (not mandatory but preferred)
- Experience in teaching Hindi at the primary level (preferably in a CBSE school)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary and Benefits
