Day-to-Day Duties
1. Plan and deliver engaging Punjabi language lessons to students of classes 1 to 5, using a variety of teaching methods, including interactive activities, storytelling, and demonstrations.
2. Prepare and administer Punjabi language worksheets, quizzes, and assessments to monitor student progress and identify areas for improvement.
3. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation, creativity, and critical thinking.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
5. Stay updated with the latest Punjabi language curriculum and pedagogical approaches to ensure high-quality teaching and learning.
6. Participate in school events, workshops, and professional development programs to enhance teaching skills and contribute to the school's growth.
7. Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement co-curricular activities that promote Punjabi language and culture, such as language clubs, festivals, and performances.
