TGT Physical Education Teacher Position at Gyan Jyoti Public School, Nurpur
Gyan Jyoti Public School in Nurpur, Kangra, seeks a dedicated TGT Physical Education Teacher to inspire and develop young athletes and active learners. This role focuses on shaping students’ physical fitness, sportsmanship, and overall well-being through engaging sports activities, games, and fitness programs. The teacher will work closely with students across various age groups to ensure inclusive and dynamic PE lessons aligned with school curriculum standards.
The teacher will oversee daily physical education classes, coordinate school sports events, and mentor students in team sports like football, basketball, and cricket. They will also design and implement fitness programs, health awareness campaigns, and outdoor adventure activities to enhance students’ physical and mental growth.
This position requires a passionate educator with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree, along with at least four years of teaching experience in Physical Education. While TET/CTET certification is preferred, it is not mandatory for this role. Candidates with a postgraduate qualification in Physical Education or related fields will be given priority.
