As a TGT Physical Education Teacher, you will be responsible for inspiring students to develop a lifelong love for physical activity and promoting a culture of wellness in our school community.
Day-to-Day Duties
As a TGT Physical Education Teacher, your day-to-day duties will include planning and delivering engaging Physical Education lessons, training students in various sports and games, conducting assessments and evaluations, maintaining student records, and collaborating with colleagues to develop a comprehensive Physical Education program. Our school provides regular training and mentorship to ensure you excel in your role.
- You will be responsible for planning and delivering Physical Education lessons for students from Class 6 to Class 12.
- You will train students in various sports and games, including football, basketball, and athletics.
- You will conduct assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress and identify areas for improvement.
- You will maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including attendance and progress reports.
- You will collaborate with colleagues to develop a comprehensive Physical Education program that meets the needs of our students.
- You will participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on best practices in Physical Education.
- You will contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes physical activity and wellness.
Eligibility Criteria
We welcome fresh B.Ed graduates to apply for this role. TET-appearing candidates are also considered. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for Physical Education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with students of all ages and abilities.
