- Use differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all learners and provide support to students who require extra help.
- Assess student progress and adjust instruction to ensure academic success.
- Develop and implement assessments to measure student learning outcomes in Physics.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and develop innovative teaching strategies.
- Participate in school-wide initiatives to promote a culture of inclusivity and respect.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure open and effective communication.
Eligibility
To be eligible for this position, you must have:
- A Master's degree in Physics or related field (M.Sc. (Physics) or M.A. (Physics))
- A Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed. or D.El.Ed.)
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching Physics to students preparing for the NEET examination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet
Preferred Skills
- Experience in teaching Physics to students with varying learning levels and abilities
- Knowledge of inclusive pedagogy and strategies to promote a safe and inclusive classroom environment
- Excellent patience and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies
