Role Summary
We're seeking an experienced and motivated Telecaller to join our team in Shimla Rural, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. As a Telecaller, you'll be responsible for handling incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service to our students' parents and guardians. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our stakeholders, and you'll play a critical role in shaping the overall experience of our students.
Day-to-Day Duties
As a Telecaller, your day-to-day duties will include:
* Handling incoming calls from students' parents and guardians
* Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Providing information about our school's programs and services
* Resolving customer complaints and concerns
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
* Collaborating with other team members to achieve our goals
* Staying up-to-date with changes to our school's policies and procedures
* Participating in ongoing training and professional development programs
Eligibility
To be eligible for this role, you'll need to have:
* A postgraduate degree from a recognized university
* At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
