Assist in organizing school events, competitions, and extracurricular programs to enhance student engagement. Support the principal in managing school budgets, procurement, and resource allocation efficiently. Ensure compliance with school rules and maintain a positive work environment for all staff.
Periodic Responsibilities
Attend monthly reviews and evaluations to assess school performance and suggest improvements in administrative processes. Contribute to end-of-term assessments, including report card preparation and student feedback collection. Occasionally assist in special projects, such as parent-teacher meetings or school-wide initiatives, as required.
Qualifications and Experience
Hold a graduate degree with at least four years of relevant experience in a school or educational setting. Experience in administrative roles, classroom support, or school management is highly beneficial. Familiarity with school management software and basic office procedures is preferable.
