PGT Hindi Teacher – Shivalik School, Amb, Una, Himachal Pradesh
Shivalik School in Amb, Una is hiring a full‑time PGT Hindi Teacher. The role involves delivering Hindi curriculum to senior classes and contributing to the school’s academic environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver Hindi lessons for classes XI and XII in accordance with the state syllabus.
- Assess student performance through assignments, tests and examinations, and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create an engaging learning atmosphere that encourages participation.
Additional Responsibilities
- Participate in co‑curricular and extracurricular activities such as Hindi debates, essay competitions and cultural events.
- Support the department head in curriculum updates and school‑wide academic initiatives.
- Attend staff meetings, professional development workshops and parent‑teacher interactions as required.
Qualifications
- Post‑graduate degree in Hindi or related discipline.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification.
- TET/CTET certification preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level.
Compensation
- Salary ranging from Rs.35,000 to Rs.60,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
