Administer formative and summative assessments to gauge student understanding.
Provide timely feedback and maintain accurate records of student performance.
Classroom management and student support
Establish a respectful and inclusive classroom culture.
Support students with diverse learning needs and collaborate with colleagues to address individual challenges.
Professional development and collaboration
Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and training sessions to stay current with educational best practices.
Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate cross‑disciplinary projects and school initiatives.
Community engagement
Represent the school at local events and encourage student participation in community service projects related to Social Science themes.
Qualification and experience
Graduate degree in any discipline.
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed required; TET/CTET preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation and location
Salary range: Rs.12,000 – Rs.25,000 per month.
