The reality of this role
This is a full-time TGT Hindi Teacher position at Era International School, Anantapur. You will handle classes from VI to X, planning lessons, grading papers, and managing classroom behavior. Expect to teach grammar, literature, and writing while preparing students for board exams. You will also participate in school events, parent meetings, and departmental planning.
What you will actually do
Prepare daily lesson plans for Hindi classes covering prose, poetry, grammar, and composition.
Conduct interactive sessions using textbooks and supplementary materials to improve speaking and writing skills.
Grade assignments, notebooks, and exam papers with timely feedback for students.
Organize Hindi recitation, essay writing, and debate competitions to encourage participation.
Collaborate with other Hindi teachers to align curriculum and share teaching resources.
Attend staff meetings, training programs, and school functions as required.
Maintain attendance records, progress reports, and classroom discipline.
Use audio-visual aids and digital tools to make lessons engaging for students.
Who can do this job
Postgraduate in Hindi with B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized university. Three years of Hindi teaching experience in a school environment is mandatory. TET or CTET certification is preferred but not compulsory.
