What You Will Do
Oversee daily school operations including timetable management, resource allocation, and staff coordination.

Conduct regular staff appraisals and professional development sessions for educators.
Handle student discipline, grievances, and parent interactions with sensitivity.
Coordinate admissions, enrollment, and record-keeping for smooth school functioning.
Implement school policies on attendance, uniforms, and extracurricular activities.
Assist in budget planning, fee structure reviews, and financial reporting.
Represent the school at local education forums and inter-school events.
Required Qualifications
Must Have: Postgraduate degree in any discipline, B.Ed degree, and minimum 4 years of experience in school administration or leadership.
Good to Have: Experience in CBSE-affiliated schools, familiarity with school ERP systems, and prior VICE PRINCIPAL role.
