Day-to-Day Duties
As a TGT Physical Education Teacher, you will be responsible for:
- Planning and conducting Physical Education classes for students from Class 1 to 5.
- Developing and implementing engaging Physical Education curriculum that caters to the needs of our students.
- Engaging with parents and community members to promote Physical Education and encourage students to participate.
- Organizing sports events and competitions to foster a sense of teamwork and sportsmanship.
- Maintaining a safe and healthy learning environment for students.
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop a comprehensive Physical Education program.
- Conducting regular assessments to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Participating in staff meetings and professional development activities to stay updated on best practices in Physical Education.
Required Qualifications
- Post-graduate degree in Physical Education or related field.
- B.Ed/D.El.Ed degree required for teaching positions.
- TET/CTET certification preferred but not mandatory.
