Adani World School in Muthukur is seeking an enthusiastic Activity Teacher to inspire students through engaging sports and recreational programs. This role focuses on fostering physical fitness, teamwork, and creative play while aligning with the school’s holistic learning approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct fun, age-appropriate sports activities like basketball, football, and outdoor games. Ensure safety protocols are followed during all physical exercises and events.
Develop and implement creative activity sessions that encourage teamwork, leadership, and healthy competition. Collaborate with other teachers to integrate sports into the curriculum where possible.
Organize school events such as sports days, inter-house competitions, and fitness challenges. Act as a mentor to students, encouraging participation and personal growth.
Maintain a positive and inclusive environment where all students feel motivated to engage in physical activities. Document student progress in sports-related skills and provide feedback to parents.
Assist in organizing after-school clubs or sports teams if required. Keep equipment and facilities in good condition and ensure proper maintenance.
A graduate with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is required. Two years of relevant teaching or sports experience is preferred. No TET/CTET certification is mandatory for this role.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of Rs.17,000 to Rs.30,000 per month, depending on qualifications and performance. The position is based in Muthukur, Sri Potti Sriramulu Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, and is full-time.
