Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver Chemistry lessons for TGT classes in line with the school curriculum, ensuring concepts are explained clearly and practically.
- Conduct laboratory sessions, prepare experiments, and maintain safety standards while encouraging student participation.
- Design and evaluate formative and summative assessments, provide timely feedback, and record student progress accurately.
- Organize remedial classes and extra‑coaching for students needing additional support in Chemistry.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate interdisciplinary projects and contribute to overall academic planning.
- Participate in parent‑teacher meetings, presenting student performance and addressing concerns related to Chemistry learning.
- Maintain classroom discipline, manage resources efficiently, and uphold the school’s educational policies.
Requirements
- Post‑graduate degree in Chemistry or related science.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the TGT level in a school setting.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification.
- TET/CTET certification preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong command of English and ability to communicate complex topics effectively.

- Salary range: Rs.15,000 – Rs.30,000 per month.
