Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the Evs curriculum to TGT classes, preparing lesson plans that align with Assam state guidelines and local environmental contexts.
- Conduct practical sessions, field trips and projects that promote awareness of sustainable practices in Goalpara.
- Assess student performance through tests, assignments and continuous observation, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
- Participate in school meetings, co‑curricular activities and community outreach programmes that enhance the Evs learning environment.
- Maintain classroom discipline, record attendance and update academic records accurately.
- Contribute to the Evs Teacher Recruitment in Assam by mentoring junior staff and assisting in curriculum development.
Qualification and Experience
Candidates must hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed and possess at least two years of teaching experience in Evs at the secondary level. Preference will be given to those who have cleared TET or CTET and have a post‑graduate degree relevant to the subject.
Salary and Location
The position offers a salary of Rs.15,000 - Rs.25,000 per month and is based in Goalpara, Assam at M.a.h Markaz Academy.
