In the absence of a completed Ph.D., a NET/SLET qualification with a minimum of four years of teaching experience is acceptable, provided the candidate satisfies UGC eligibility criteria for the post.
A master’s degree in Education or a relevant discipline is required.
Candidates must possess a valid teaching certificate and demonstrate proficiency in academic writing and research methodology.
