Core Duties
Teaching and Curriculum
Design and deliver advanced-level chemistry lessons, covering topics like organic chemistry, inorganic reactions, and physical chemistry. Adhere strictly to the Bihar Board syllabus while integrating modern teaching methods like interactive demonstrations and project-based learning.
Lab Supervision
Oversee practical sessions in the well-equipped science labs, ensuring safety protocols and student understanding of chemical experiments. Prepare lab manuals and assist in organizing periodic lab demonstrations for students.
Exam Preparation Support
Develop study materials and conduct mock tests to prepare students for board exams and competitive entrance tests. Collaborate with the guidance counselor to track student performance and identify areas needing extra support.
Academic Coordination
Participate in departmental meetings to refine teaching strategies and share best practices with fellow science teachers. Maintain accurate records of student progress and submit regular reports as required by the school.
Qualification and Experience
Hold a postgraduate degree in Chemistry with a minimum of two years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level. Possession of a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory for this role. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it is highly preferred for teaching in Bihar schools.
Compensation and Location
