PRT English Teacher Position at Aastha Gurukul Academy, Teghra
The role of a Primary Teacher (PRT) for English at Aastha Gurukul Academy in Teghra involves teaching English language and literature to students in Class I to V. This position focuses on developing foundational language skills through interactive lessons, storytelling, and practical exercises. The teacher will also prepare classroom materials, conduct assessments, and engage students in creative writing and speaking activities.
Daily responsibilities include delivering structured lessons aligned with the Bihar Board curriculum, managing classroom behavior, and adapting teaching methods for diverse learning levels. The PRT will also assist in organizing extracurricular activities like debates, poetry recitals, and language workshops to enhance student engagement.
To qualify, candidates must hold a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) and be a graduate in any discipline. A minimum of two years of teaching experience is required, preferably in English or a related subject. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be an added advantage. The monthly salary for this position is Rs.13,000 to Rs.25,000.
