Job Overview

What You Will Do
* Plan and deliver engaging Biology lessons to students from classes 11 and 12
* Develop and implement curriculum-aligned teaching materials and resources
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve learning outcomes
* Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver interdisciplinary projects and activities
* Foster a love of learning and promote student autonomy, creativity, and critical thinking
* Develop and maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to promote student success
* Stay up-to-date with developments in Biology education and pedagogy to inform teaching practice
* Participate in school-wide events and activities to promote the school's mission and values
Eligibility Criteria
* Postgraduate degree in Biology or a related field (M.Sc, M.A., etc.)
* B.Ed or D.El.Ed required for teaching positions
* CTET or TET certification preferred but not essential
* 2 years of experience in teaching Biology to classes 11 and 12
* Strong knowledge of Biology pedagogy and curriculum requirements
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
