The Business Studies Teacher will plan and deliver weekly lesson plans aligned with CBSE guidelines. Daily tasks include grading assignments submitted via Google Classroom, conducting doubt-clearing sessions on the school’s LMS, and maintaining digital attendance records. The teacher will also coordinate with the IT team to troubleshoot smart board issues during classes.
Additional responsibilities include organizing quarterly business plan presentations where students showcase start-up ideas using PowerPoint and Canva. The teacher will curate a repository of case studies from Harvard Business Review and Indian start-ups for classroom discussions. Monthly parent-teacher meetings are held virtually using Zoom to discuss student progress.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Business Studies or related field from a recognized university. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed is mandatory for this Business Studies Teacher Vacancy in Darbhanga. Prior teaching experience of at least three years in a senior secondary school is required.
