Role Summary
Bahera Public Achool is looking for a Post Graduate Trained English Teacher to join the senior secondary section in Darbhanga Sadar. The role involves teaching English language and literature to classes 11 and 12, preparing students for board examinations and competitive tests.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver English language lessons aligned with CBSE curriculum
Prepare monthly unit plans and daily lesson notes in Hindi or English as needed
Conduct remedial sessions for students weak in grammar and comprehension
Organize inter-house declamation, essay writing and reading competitions
Evaluate answer sheets and maintain accurate records of marks and attendance

Who Can Apply
Must Have
Post-graduate degree in English with minimum 55% marks
B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized institution
Two years of full-time English teaching experience in a school
Good to Have
CTET or TET qualified
Experience with digital tools like Google Classroom or Microsoft Teams
Familiarity with NCERT English textbooks and CBSE question paper patterns
